Situated on a hillside, Domaine Serre Besson covers 4.7 hectares of vines. Syrah is planted on the highest terraces, Grenache, Viognier, Cinsault and Mourvèdre further down the hill. The small size of the Domaine allows a truly hands-on artisanal approach. Production is limited, we drop grapes, harvest by hand, sort by hand and then destemmed grapes are transferred by gravity into cement tanks. Different varietals and parcels are fermented separately for an optimal blend. Production: AOC Vinsobres, a rosé de macération and 2 reds without added sulfites (Grenache, Syrah). All ABV -Organic.
