TASTING PROFILE: The color is a magnificent straw and golden yellow. The nose is very interesting with a bouquet of flowers, mixed with dried fruits and a spicy aroma in the end. At the palate it’s balanced with a long lasting with an after taste of bitter almonds.

FOOD PAIRING: Pleasant at any time of day, at the table it’s better with white meats, egg dishes, risottos with herbs, fish and seafood. It’s also very good with shellfish and soups.
