TASTING PROFILE: The color is very interesting, it’s like copper. The nose is particular with white flowers, apple and pear, with some notes of hydrocarbon. The palate is very elegant with a long lasting.
FOOD PAIRING: On the table is very good in different fish plates, also grilled fishes, risotto and different mushrooms plates. It’s also very good with soups and different type of starters.
