TASTING PROFILE: The color is very interesting, it’s a soft pink with coral nuances. The nose is fresh, with flower and fruity flavours, and also some vanilla. The palate has a very soft sweet aroma that’s well balanced with the acidity and long lasting. FOOD PAIRING: It’s perfect like an aperitif. On the table is very good in different vegetable plates, risotto and egg dishes. It goes well also with a lot of dessert plates.
