ELIO winery is based in Cividale del Friuli, an UNESCO world heritage site. Since '50 we've worked with passion; the history have started with Elio and now there are his son FRANCO and his grandson ALBERTO. Franco’s long experience and Alberto’s competence have allowed us to implement the tradition of manual work from the early care of the vineyard to the final technology-assisted bottling stage. Our high quality grapes are the result of commitment, care and respect for the environment. In order to achieve this, our winery values ORGANIC FARMING and cherishes the work of our employees.
